This album is really hard to get into. I love the chorus of Watching Me Fall but, really, pop rock isn't meant to have 11 minute songs. After listening to this album on and off for about 6 months, I think I can finally appreciate what they were going for.
Love the album now. Album Rating: 5. You failed to The Cure Bloodflowers the incredible lyrics. The simplicity and depth of "Out of This World" and "There is No If" are something unmatched and completely lacking in music today.
The closing track is perfect, the hope of youth and the inevitabilty of death. Everything fades. The album creates a somber mood that is sustained throughout. It is a work of art and is truly the Cure's greatest work and possibly one of the greatest albums ever released. I can see why some don't love it, Lipseye Dont Worry Bad Girl to me it was awesome.

And then so release date, I don't know, October? Just when you might doubt he still has it, Robert Smith releases "Bloodflowers;" which is a little irony in itself as the song "39" The Cure Bloodflowers about that very doubt.
There is something ineffable about The Cure, something that touches our souls. This album is very dark, and ponderously melancholic. To answer the question that many of you have been dying to know, does this album harken back to "Disintegration?
It's dark and very similar to "Disintegration" but different. Robert is philosophical in songs The Cure Bloodflowers "Where Birds Always Sing" and is expressive The Cure Bloodflowers his feelings, in songs like "The Loudest Sound" and "There is No If," both songs are about the tragic nature of love and life and reminiscent of "Faith" and "Disintegration," but closer to "Disintegration.
It reminds me of "Prayers for Rain" and " It is neither fair nor unfair, most poignantly demonstrated in "Bloodflowers," " The Last Day Of Summer," and "39" which also happens to be Robert's age--hard to believe, yes? I never thought I would see the day when my favorite rock artist would see So is The Cure over the hill? Not, if they keep this up! I know I will be spending many rainy nights with this album.
The Cure Bloodflowers "Disintegration" I can't say I have a favorite song. One thing for sure is, we can all find hope in that The Cure has recaptured what we liked best about "Disintegration," but has given us something new with "Bloodflowers. Morose perfection from the masters of The Cure Bloodflowers. Love this The Cure Bloodflowers. Never in my life have I heard more beatiful music The Cure Bloodflowers the songs on Bloodflowers. The songs on Bloodflowers have a lasting The Cure Bloodflowers and I will never tire of listening to them. Thank you to The Cure Bloodflowers Cure for creating music that speaks of secret feelings we all have inside.
I have enjoyed almost all of the Cure's work. This album is their best, well my favorite. Every song is a picture of a puzzle that fits perfectly together creating an awesomely powerful atmosphere. Listening to this album Willie Burns Willie Burns beginning to end is an incredible experience that easily rivals listening to any classic album.
Every listen makes me appreciate this album even more, if that is possible. This is a masterpiece and if this is the Cure's last album they are going out on top.
